Francesca Ferrando is a Posthuman Philosopher and an International Lecturer. Enrolled in the Ph.D. Program in Philosophy at the University of Roma Tre (Italy), she has been a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University (New York), and an Independent Researcher at the University of Reading (England), working on Cyborg Theory with Prof. Kevin Warwick. She holds an M.A. in Gender Studies, Director of the Program: Prof. Rosi Braidotti, Utrecht University (Holland).
Francesca Ferrando is currently writing her Ph.D. Dissertation: a theoretical and ontological contribution to Posthumanism, as well as an empirical effort rooted in Feminist Epistemology to redefine human perceptions on Artificial Intelligence.
